In light of the new challenges Covid 19 puts on all of us we have modified our refund policy to be the following:
- ALL Sessions, Private Rentals and Lessons must be booked online through our CALENDAR – once you book your session you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
- Session, Private Rental or Lessons are non-refundable/non-transferable purchases – BUT – we are now allowing for a single date change due to the increasing number of requests.
- IF you need to change the date of a Session, Private Rental or Lesson please notify us by 9am the morning of the scheduled reservation. We will then place your reservation on hold until you notify us of when you would like to reschedule.
- WHEN you have made a determination of a future date for a Session please let us know by 9am of the date you would like to reschedule on so we can coordinate our schedule.
- WHEN you are ready to reschedule a Lesson, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 603.964.2800 and we will see where we can sneak you in. Please allow at least 48 hours for a response.
- IN order to reschedule a Private Rental please please e-mail us at email@example.com or call us at 603.964.2800. These are the hardest reservations to fit in and will most often be more than a week out once we do find a spot for you.
- All sales of physical products are final, no exchanges or credit for any reason.
