Weekdays are a mix with all ages and abilities coming and going but the trend is mostly younger riders early and as the evenings go on, the participants get older.
Weekends tend to start off early with a good dose of families mixed in with riders of all ages and abilities but as the day goes on, riders once again tend to trend upwards in age and ability.
